Will of Thomas Fraser, deceased

Certified Copy for Reg of Deeds

This is the  last will and testament of Thomas Fraser of New Glasgow in the County of Pictou, Foreman

1  I give devise and bequeath to my dear wife all my real and personal property of every kind during her life time the same to be for her sole use and benefit while she lives

2  At the death of my said wife I give devise and bequeath all m y real estate and personal property including the stock held by me in the Nova Scotia Steel Company (Limited) to my son John William absolutely. He shall not be required to pay back any of the money heretofore advanced to him by me.

3  I nominate and appoint my sons Graham Fraser and John William Fraser Executor of this my last will and Testament

In Witness Whereof I have hereto subscribed my name this eleventh day of November  A.D., 1897.

Signed by the said Testator as his last Will and Testament in the presence of us both present at the same time who at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.

I John D. McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Thomas Fraser late of New Glasgow in the County of Pictou Foreman deceased  which said will  was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the Sixth  day of April AD 1904.

Witness my hand at Pictou aforesaid this Sixth day of April AD 1904.
