I, John Gass of Eight Mile Brook in the County of Pictou, Farmer, do make, publish and declare this to be my  last Will and Testament hereby revoking  all former wills by me made.

I give devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Thresa Gass all my real and personal property of every nature and kind for her sole use during her natural life and at her death to go to Ella Maud Hamilton my adopted daughter and I do hereby give, devise and bequeath all of such property as shall remain at the death of my said wife to the said Ella Maud Hamilton her heirs and assigns forever.

I nominate and appoint my said wife sole executor of this my Will'

In Witness Whereof I have hereto my hand seal  subscribed  and set this twenty-third day of June  A.D., 1908.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of John Gass late of Eight Mile Brook in the County of Pictou Farmer deceased  which said will  was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 11th  day of June AD 1912.
