Will of Harvey Graham, Deceased

Certified Copy for Reg of Deeds

This is the  last will and Testament of Harvey graham of New Glasgow in the County of Pictou, Manufacturer

I give and devise to my beloved wife Emma for and during the term of her natural life all my real Estate whatsoever and wheresoever

 I  give and bequeath to my beloved wife Emma for and during the term of her natural life the use of all my real and personal property whatsoever with the power to use the income thereof.

After the death of my beloved wife I give devise and bequeath all my personal estate as follows

First I give and devise to son Wendell the lot given to me by my father which was part of my father's homestead at New Glasgow.

Second I  give and bequeath to my niece Harriet Underwood the sum of Five hundred Dollars

Third All the remainder of my personal property whatsoever and wheresoever I  give and bequeath to my children Annie, Isabel, Harriet and Wendell share and share alike.

Provided however that the homestead together with the furniture and personal property therein Situate on Forbes Street in the Town of New Glasgow with the lot of land about it which lot is bounded on the east by a drive way into my house and including the orchard and barn shall not be sold so long as any of my female children remain unmarried and desire to occupy the same

 I hereby appoint as executors of this my Will my beloved children Annie, Isabel and Wendell.

Dated at New Glasgow this 2nd day of May A.D., 1907.

I John D. McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Harvey Graham late of New Glasgow in said County Manufacturer deceased  which said will  was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 7th  day of November AD 1907.

Witness my hand at Pictou aforesaid this 7th. day of November AD 1907.
