Description
This indenture made this second day of June in the year of Our Lord Eighteen hundred and Eighty six Between Isaac Langille of River John in the County of Pictou of the one part and Howard Langille of River John County aforesaid of the other part Witnesseth that the said Isaac Langille for and in consideration of the sum of the forty dollars of lawful money of the Dominion of Canada to the said Isaac Langille in hand paid by the said Howard Langille at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged her the said Isaac Langille hath granted bargained sold released conveyed and confirmed and by these presents Doth grant bargain sell release, convey and confirm unto the said Howard Langille his heirs and assigns all that certain lot of land lying and being in River John aforesaid bounded on the east by the main road on the North by lands in the possession of Hugh Munroe west and south by lands un possession of Isaac Langille containing twenty acres more or less together with all and singular the houses and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining and all the estate right title interest- claim and demand both at law and in equity of herein the said Isaac Langille to have and to hold the said lot of land and premises with the appurtenant and every part thereof unto the said Howard Langille his heirs and assigns to his and their sole use benefit and behoof forever and the said Isaac Langille for himself his heirs Executors and administrators hereby covenant promise and agree to and with the said Howard Langille his heirs and assigns as follows that is to say that it shall be lawful for the said Howard Langille his heirs and assigns from time to time hereafter peaceable to enter into the said Land and Premises to have hold and enjoy the same without the lawful set suit hindrance or disturbance of from or by him the said Isaac Langille or any person or persons whomsoever lawfully calming the same.
And lastly, that the said Isaac Langille his heirs the said lands and premises and every part thereof unto the said Howard Langille his heirs and assigns against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever shall and will by these presents warrant and forever defend.
