Description
Know all men by these presents that I Henry Dunbar of the West Branch East River in the County of Pictou in Consideration of the sum of Five pounds lawful money of Nova Scotia the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath granted Bargained, sold and enfeoffed unto Robert Dunbar in the county aforesaid his heirs and assigns all that certain parcel of land situate on the west side of land West Branch and which is abutted and bounded as follows that is to say Beginning at thirty four links at right angles down stream from the lower bound of the lands of said Henry Dunbar on the margin of said West Branch and running from thence north seventy five degrees west one hundred chains or until it comes to the rear line of said lands thence on said line south fifteen degrees west thirty four links or to the north side line of said lands thence on said line south seventy five degrees thence down stream thirty four links or to the first boundary of beginning containing three acres and fifty four square rods be the same more or less with the appurtenances to have and to hold the same to him the said Robert Dunbar his heirs and assigns forever.
Witness my hand and seal the eighteenth day of February one thousand eight hundred and forty five.

Received on the day of the date of the within indenture from the therein named Robert Dunbar the sum of five pounds Currency being the consideration money in full therein specified.
