George Ives 1770-1862

George Ives (1770-1862) is the father of William Ives (1808-1880) and is the son of John Ives 1740-1782. John was a drummer in the 82'nd Regiment and received a grant of 100 acres at Fishers Grant. He was a native of Nottingham, England.
